Test Your Firm's Intake!

How It Works

Our comprehensive Intake Report provides a detailed assessment of your client interaction process, from initial greeting to call closure. We evaluate key factors like rapport building, information gathering, and demonstrating expertise—all critical components of turning inquiries into clients.

CALL

Within a week of your submission, we will call your firm during office hours to ensure responsiveness. If we attempt to reach your firm three times without an answer, your report score will be considered a 0%.

TEST

The intake report is conducted and completed during the call, capturing every detail in real time. We evaluate how you greet us, how you close the call, and everything in between, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of your call handling processes.

SCORE

Our evaluation is built on a weighted system that assesses six key stages of an ideal intake call, including tone of voice, rapport-building, time management, and more. Once complete, we provide a comprehensive report and explanation of our weighted system.

RECOMMEND
